PODGORICA, Montenegro -- President Filip Vujanovic officially proposed incumbent Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Igor Luksic as the new prime minister on Friday (December 24th). After consulting with the leaders of parties represented in parliament, he said that Luksic's professionalism and vision of the future justify the choice. Parliament will debate Luksic's programme before approving his nomination. He was tapped after incumbent Milo Djukanovic stepped down on December 21st. (RTCG, Pcnen, Beta, AP - 24/12/10)
